ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a proactive intern to join our team at MSL Group Ventures, an Early Stage Web3 Venture Capital Fund. As an intern, you will mainly work with the Managing Partner and Investment Directors of the fund. You are expected to play an essential role in coordinating internal and external communications, ensuring smooth operational processes, and assisting with various aspects of fund management. Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate internally with investment professionals on investment documents and procedures, ensuring timely and accurate dissemination of information.
• Communicate externally with vendors such as auditors, fund administrators, and banking partners, facilitating a seamless and efficient operational process for the fund.
• Assist the Managing Partner with miscellaneous tasks related to fund management.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the ongoing growth and success of the fund.

Key Requirements:

• Recent university graduate from a reputable university.
• Demonstrated interest in and eagerness to learn about the Web3 ecosystem, including blockchain, cryptocurrencies, and decentralized finance.
• Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic and ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• Knowledge of financial markets, venture capital, and startups is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin due to the need to liaise with Mandarin speaking stakeholders.
